Beverage Manufacturing Capabilities
Below outlines are general capabilities (subject to change):
- Cold fill on all liquid lines, hot fill, tunnel & flash/HTST, pasteurization, retort, UV & ozone, Velcorin dosing, carbonation & nitro-dosing
- ROPP, CT, flat, sport, lug, crown, twist-off and other capping capabilities, 18mm to 48mm, subject to line and/or including with change parts or additional machinery
- Pressure sensitive, roll-fed and shrink sleeve labeling (bottles only)
- Cartons, trays, boxes, PakTech; shrink & full wrap; single & variety-pack sizes (ex., 4, 6, 8, 12, 18, & 24-
- pack)
- Tank sizes ranging from 500 gallons to 10,000 gallons; kettles; high-shear mixing
- SQF, GFSI, Organic, Kosher, etc.; ability to meet additional quality standards & requirements (1)
- Warehousing availability is subject to review at each facility
- Product development and pilot runs available
- Beer, wine, and spirit permits and licenses
- Brewing of beer and non-alcoholic beers
- Facilities and capabilities continue to expand through additional investment by Big Brands and our partnership facilities

Southern California
Co-packing process - Tunnel, hot fill, UV, Zone, Velcorin, carbonation and nitro dosing
Beverage packaging - Glass, PET, aluminum can (standard and sleek)
Northern California
Co-packing process - Sparkling wine/ Champagne in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
Beverage packaging - glass bottles
Nevada
Co-packing process - Hot fill, UV, ozone, and carbonation
Beverage packaging - PET and glass
Utah
Our Utah plant copacks a large variety of products and packaging options from jars, gussets bags in powders, encapsulation services, tablets, soft gels, bag-in-a-box (Vitop spout only), spouted pouch (center spout), stick packs/ sachets in powder and liquid. They can also pack PET, glass, and aluminum cans. Our copacking processes include HTST/ flash, carbonation, tunnel, cold fill and hot fill.
